Since 1973, Madison has been a pioneer in developing superior polyurethane coatings and linings to shield infrastructures against corrosion, abrasion, chemical attack, immersion and wear and tear. Our high-performance products are used worldwide in all types of environmental conditions to protect oil and gas pipelines, water/wastewater structures, power systems, transportation components and industrial applications.

Madison's GemThane™ division focuses on polymer coatings that are applied as easily as paint, yet provide long-term protection from the elements that ordinary paint cannot match. When finishing his cottage, Madison CEO Ross Mitchell took his GemThane™ coating expertise and applied it to his needs as a homeowner. The result was wood siding that was low maintenance, provided years of protection from the elements and preserved a beautiful appearance...the GemThane™ Siding System was born!

Madison Chemical Industries is headquartered in Milton, Ontario, Canada and a network of GemThane™ Siding System plants are being set up across North America.
